FOX Business host, Judge Napolitano, reminds his viewers of the potential enemy within . . . that some of our elected officials may use our enemies as an excuse to take away Constitutional rights in the name of protecting us. Our founders warned that government could become the greatest enemy of the people. We must therefore always seek out the truth to protect our Republic.

BUT could the Judge and Ron Paul be wrong about the language in the bill? If so, why isn't there any pushback from McCain and others? This is too important to not get right. I guess I have to sit this out with FOX News, "I report, you decide?"
