You're walking down a deserted street with your wife and
two small children. Suddenly, a dangerous looking man with
a wild look in his eyes; and a huge knife in his hand comes
around the corner, locks eyes with you, screams obscenities,
raises the knife, and charges at you and your family.
You are carrying a Glock 40, and you're an expert
shot. You have mere seconds before the crazy man reaches you
and your family. What does the father do in this life and
death situation with just seconds to make the decision?
"Well, that's not enough information to answer the
question! Does the man look poor or oppressed?"
Then there are other concerns by the Democrat.
"Did you done anything to him that would inspire
him to attack? Could you instead just run away? What does
your wife think? What about your kids?"
Plus the Democrat believes there are politically correct
things that should be consider, too.
"Could you possibly swing the gun like a club and
knock the knife out of his hand? What does the law say about
that situation?
And what would the ACLU say, for your attacker may ask
for assistance if you called him a name?Of course,
from a legal standpoint does the Glock have an appropriate
safety built into it? And why are you carrying a loaded
gun anyway, do you have a permit. And what kind of message
does this send to society and to your children?"
The Democrat is now getting irritating, feeling sorry for
the vicious attacker.
"Is it possible he'd be happy with just killing
you? You don't even know if he definitely wants to kill
you, or would he be content to just wound you? If you were
to grab his knees and hold on, could your family get away
while he was simply stabbing you?
You could run with your wife and children to find a
phone to call 911. But maybe you're the one who has caused
this problem through your not voting for tax increases that
have contributed to this problem. For instance, why is this
street so deserted? We may need to raise taxes or have a
paint and weed day to make this a happier, healthier street
that would discourage such behavior by this poor disturbed
man."
