America,
are you finally convinced about the motives of the ACLU, or do you
really want your children to be ruled by Socialists . . . freedoms
defined by those living at the top of a pyramid?

The ACLU is acting as if it was a foreign power
on American soil, its
founder a socialist with the intent of using the ACLU to force his
ideology into the fabric of the people of the United States. There
is no doubt that he has succeeded in beginning to create that change
in this country, which he had advocated while alive.
While the Jewish-Watch
Web site says the ACLU is not hostile to religion, but only protects
it, how would one view the ACLU's objection to a California school
that had put up a sign right after 9/11 that read, "God Bless
America? "
According to a suit brought against the school
by the ACLU, it demanding that the offensive sign be taken
down because it was "a
hurtful, divisive message." (Huh?)
If you recognize the words "hurtful
and divisive," they are one-in-the-same picked up from
the divisive diversity message from GLAAD's membership, a message
that is meant to harass anyone into submission that disagrees with
it. It's the same type of message that governed German society in
the 1930s and early 40s. What these words are doing here concerning
an issue of Church vs. State is one for the Twilight Zone.
We can understand why it's easy for Jewish-Watch
to defend the ACLU, as secular card-carrying Jews of the ACLU now
consider the words of the Old Testament as descriptions of myths and
not facts put down in writing by their own scribes. (See

Because of the ACLU, U.S. Courts now tolerate
religion rather than welcome it as a fact of life throughout American
History. A hostile environment against people of faith has been created
by the ACLU through its constant nibbling away of their religious
rights, which had been a way of life for over two-hundred years by
the people who called this country home.
That one sentence says a lot about how the
country thought about religion before the ACLU was created by its
socialist founder, who was obviously offended by the freedoms guaranteed
by a democracy and its support of a faith-based population, wanting
to eliminate them all.

For example, in
the 1990 lawsuit Westside
Community Schools v. Mergens, religious groups thought they had
kept the right for religious students to meet in a club in public
school buildings during non-instructional hours. But in effect, through
this important case, the court had actually watered down The Equal
Access Act, which had been passed by Congress in 1984.
The Equal Access Act had been passed
by the United States Congress to protect religious rights, not to
tolerate them. The fact that the Congress had to even pass an act
of this nature, speaks volumes about the negative effect the ACLU's
secular message was already having on public school administrators
across the United States.
These managers of our children were no longer
sure they were even allowed to lawfully recognize the needs of students
of faith during school off-hours. They were concerned of being sued,
fired, or put in jail by ruling caused by the raging ACLU. While the
1990 ruling did hold up The Equal Access Act by Congress, it
really had a chilling effect upon it, the act redefined as a tolerance
of religion rather than the embracing of the rights of people to be
able to freely express their religious free speech in a public school
environment.

How the evil deed was done.
First, the court ruled that a student religious
club could meet in a public school building as long as the meeting
took place during non-instructional hours, as if that was something
new in American History.
But here was the rub.
The court said that at least one other club
had to be meeting in the building before the religious club could
come onto the school's property. By doing this, the court's decision
actually discriminated against religious clubs by ruling they could
never be the "first" student club. They instead
had to be always at least the second student club to meet.
The law laid down specifically proclaimed
that students could form a religious club as long as "there
was a club already recognized by the school and if other, noncurriculum-related
student groups . . such as political clubs, community service clubs,
etc. . . . were also allowed to meet at a school."
Next, the court proved again it was only tolerating
religion in its next finding in this case.
The judges were obviously concerned about employees
bringing religion thoughts into the schools. So to guard against these
thoughts, their being treated as some kind of evil, the courts personally
felt there was a need to guard against improper governmental support
for religion through a government employee, no matter how small the
school or what state it was in.
Therefore, they ruled school employees may
not ever initiate, direct, or participate in a religious club meetings
. . . although a school staffer, they said, may be present to keep
order and ensure safety. I guess this allowed an adult to enter the
class in the event students ever started hitting each other over their
heads concerning the meaning of a Bible passage like, "Love
they neighbor as thy . . . "
In other words, a teacher is allowed to be
involved in the forming of any student club as long as the club has
nothing to do with religion unless, we assume, the issues is secular.
Other than that, school employees may not, looking at the court's
ruling, "dirty their hands" with it.
And the ACLU says it's protecting religion?
Religion never needed protection until the creation of the ACLU.

With ruling like these, the Socialist ACLU
has been given permission by the U.S. Supreme Court to run their train
full-throttle and to stop at every station across American to use
these rulings as a hammer against the faith of everyday Americans.
The dangerous ruling have now redefined the Constitution's meaning
of Church vs. State. This ruling, along with others, now allows
the ACLU to force a Socialist secular society against Americans,
ironically using the same Constitution against them that had protected
their families since its signing.
"Your

The ruling of Church vs. State by America's
framers simply meant that no "one" religion could become
the state's religion, as had been the case in Europe when America
was being formed by these men of obvious faith in a creator. They
didn't mean that the state should be so hostile to religion that
saying "Merry Christmas" in a school would have
the same effect as saying, "I like my Jewish friends,"
in Hitler's Germany.
If you want to know what life can be like
when an ACLU-type of society takes over a country and its population,
read about the French Revolution. Here, tens-of-thousands of everyday
French men and women lost their heads through spies who walked among
them . . . literally causing them to be cut off in the name of Secularism
through the use of the infamous guillotine.
Yet here we have the Jewish-Watch totally
forgetting where they came from in only fifty years. Is it then any
wonder that their so-called mythical Old Testament kept breaking up
its chosen people, their societies always evolving to the same question,
their asking, "Who does this man think he is, forcing restrictive
rules of Ten Commandments on us, God?"
Political correctness in America, as it had
done to Germany in the 1930s, is now starting to drive American opinion
and free speech underground, people fearing for their jobs as they
are attacked by the socialist Hammer & Sickle of the ACLU,
the appropriate symbol for a membership that ranges from elite Hollywood
actors and producers to university professors who also hold a fist
over young minds sent to them by American families.
Consider the effects of such educators as Professor
Peter Singer of Princeton on the values have taught to American children,
a professor who believes his students should be able to have sex with
their pets.
The supporters of the ACLU are the same ones
who also supported their allegiance to the British Crown during the
Revolutionary War. They were against poor farmers, small land owners,
along with others who simply wanted freedom and liberty for their
families and future generations. Nothing has changed since 1776, as
liberty is under attack again by these same ideologues who want control
over others.
And the law? Simply said . . .
"The law has become so complicated,
it no longer serves the people. It instead only benefits elitists,
such as members of the ACLU, who in turn use the law as if it was
a Monopoly Board Game with property to be won and stuffed into one's
pocket. They play with so many different words and meaning that
the common man has no idea what is being said or why, which in the
end is its sole purpose; to divide, conquer, and rule."
If you were born in the 1940s, you are one
of the few who have a true historical perspective that many younger
Americans lack an understanding of today. If you ask most people born
in those days, you will hear about a solid country where virtually
everyone agreed they were as one as American citizens, along with
one in values. These were hard working men and women who controlled
their own family values no matter what nationality they immigrated
from. They were free to express their views without fear of retribution
from the political correct police or being called divisive names to
make them submit.
Political correctness, if you remember, was
effective in controlling the thinking of millions of people during
WWII. The message was mastered by the Nazis. It allowed them to murder
six-million human beings under its banner of approval of who was fit
to live and who was not, with the Nazis almost ruling the world had
they made better military decisions.
Now political correctness has raised its ugly
head again. As the Nazis had used the common word "God"
as the mantel to drive their ideology onto the population of Germany,
so goes the ACLU in its use of "Civil Rights."
To
those Jewish Americans who have stood by and supported the ACLU
as card-carrying member in its earlier years, we now have to ask .
. .
"What
have you done to this country that had insured your freedom from
suppression, now creating for the rest of us this obscene monster
created by the ACLU, which has more power over people's values and
thoughts than the Supreme Court, the Constitution, and the Bill
of Rights combined?
You alone have brought us back
to the curse of Hitler's rule in an environment where Jewish businessmen
were forced to mow the grass of German coliseums with their teeth.
Your own people of that time had said they couldn't believe how
fast it all had happened.
Well, looking at America today,
neither can we.

Today, through the ACLU and its working with
the nine members of the Supreme Court, a child as young as eleven-years
old, and living under the guidance of the 9th District Court of the
land, can now have an abortion without her parent's knowledge, the
parents having no idea why their little girl would have a dramatic
change in personality. The worst horror as a parent in now alive in
America and blessed by the Men
in Black, ones that Americans once trusted to protect and maintain
all their family values.
Should one then be also surprised it was this
same courts that had exposed America's children and families to the
dangers of life and death through diseases caused by sodomy, which
the court now treats as a protected act, the court blessing that heinous
union as if it was an issue of freedom of speech?
No wonder Terri Shiavo is dead. If the Supreme
Court of the United States holds these truths as self-evident, then
what is truth anymore?
Now comes even more disturbing news.
George
Soros, the billionaire socialist supporter of the socialist ACLU,
the DNC, and the acid-left MoveOn.org, has created an organization
called the Open
Society Institute. This organization itself has moved forward
and recently introduced a new organization of its own call the Youth
Media Reporter.
Quoting from their Web site, "the Open
Society Institute is a private operating and grantmaking foundation,
is part of the network of foundations, created and funded by George
Soros, active in more than 50 countries around the world."
Concerning the Youth Media Reporter's objective,
its mission statement reads as follows:
Youth media provides an important
outlet for teens who are often hard to reach, like those who are
incarcerated, in foster care, or living in rural areas. The programs
are run by adults who help train young people in various forms of
media production through writing, film making, radio production,
and other creative journalism mediums while providing the public
a thoughtful, firsthand look at communities and perspectives rarely
covered elsewhere.
Youth Media Reporter reflects the
growth in teen-produced media. Films created by young people are
steadily making strides in the mainstream media and entertainment
industry. In January 2005, two teenage film makers from Brooklyn
won a special award at the Sundance Film Festival for their documentary,
Bullets in the Hood, about the 2004 police shooting of Timothy Stansbury,
an unarmed Brooklyn teenager.
The movie, co-produced by Stansbury’s
teen friend Terrence Fisher who was present at the shooting, highlights
the easy availability of guns in one low-income neighborhood and
the prevailing assumption that male, African American teens in such
neighborhoods are presumed armed and therefore dangerous. Fisher
and co-producer Daniel Howard are student producers at the Downtown
Community Television Center, an organization where adults train
young people in TV and film production.
But let's first look at existing organizations that already help
youths at risk:
A organization, Youth
Communications, has been reaching out to troubled teens and giving
them a bully-pulpit to speak from since the 1980s. It then makes them
available in published form, which can be purchased from their site.
There mission is very extensive:
Youth Communication's mission is
to help teenagers develop their skills in reading, writing, thinking,
and reflection, so they can acquire the information they need to
make thoughtful choices about their lives. They do that by •
training teens in journalism and related skills; • publishing
magazines, books and other materials written and illustrated by
young people; • encouraging teens and the adults who work with
them to use our publications to stimulate reading, writing, discussion,
and reflection.
They also publish two magazines:
New Youth Connections, founded in 1980, is a general
interest magazine with a readership of 200,000 in New York City;
Foster Care Youth United, founded in 1993, is written
by and for young people in foster care. They said as of January,
2000, they have published eight books of young people’s writings.
In addition, they offer workshops and curricula for educators who
wish to replicate our methods of teaching writing and producing
publications.

Youth
Sounds is another youth group that is a nationally recognized
media and arts organization dedicated to providing the disadvantaged
youth with opportunities to share their stories through programs in
video, audio, and music production. It's mission is basic and supported
mainly by dedicated volunteers:
Founded in the Fall of 2001 by Ken
Ikeda, Youth Sounds says it began as an after-school drop-in program
at McClymonds High School in Oakland, CA. Since then they say they
have worked with thousands of youth in Bay Area high schools and
public housing sites nationally. Their programs range from introductory
lessons in storytelling and production to advanced and professional
employment. Youth Sounds is committed to providing a comprehensive
experience for youth, from idea- to product- to marketing and distribution,
encouraging youth to, "Tell Your Story."
Youth Sounds has been assisted by
the Philanthropic Ventures Foundation and San Francisco Foundation.
Another site is
also mentioned, Wiretap, owned
by Alternet, their subhead reading, The Mix is the Message.
But that seems to be a stretch. Alternet's messages are formed
by a liberal agenda, the messages looking more like propaganda than
information for youths to express themselves by.

All of the above sites mentioned by Soros'
in his Youth Media Reporter's are for disadvantaged youth to
have a stronger voice in the society they live in.
We have no argument
with their purpose or that they are an excellent outlets for teenagers
who are at risk.
However, it looks like these youth are being
directed by adults who have a heavy liberal agenda they wish to
impose on them. It's a sad day when troubled kids are taken advantage
of by those who are supposed to be helping, the students being kept
in the dark from other points of view.
While we understand that youth for example,
who attend a Catholic School, are going to be around an agenda that
focuses on life, personal responsibility, and some faith values
that are considered to be conservative, their agenda has never been
hidden under fancy names with flowery mission statements. It is
what it is, and if one doesn't like what they see, they can simply
walk away.
But in the case of the above sites, which
say their purpose is to help troubled youths to express themselves,
it seems again the help is mainly from adults who want to promote
personal liberal agendas to teens who are vulnerable to the lie.
That's dishonest and more like a room filled
with Smoke & Mirrors. If kids in trouble are to be helped, their
own values and those taught to them by their families, relatives,
and other providers must not only be respected, but encouraged and
not put aside as out-of-touch with the adult mentor's so-called
progressive agenda.
So we have to ask ourselves, then why is George
Soros, an advocate of Socialism and a huge contributor to MoveOn.org,
the DNC, and the ACLU, now suddenly concerned about helping teenagers,
and those specifically who are at risk? These kids are vulnerable,
looking only for love and acceptance, and why we ask.
And why are they being involved in an organization
whose goal is to promote Socialism against the people
of the United States?
However, we remember another time when another man
thirst for power. His name was Adolph Hitler, who wanted to form a
youth movement that would speak to the "hard
to reach, like those who are incarcerated, in foster care, or living
in rural areas."
Do you remember the agenda?
It wasn't to help youth.
Hitler's Youth Movement was
to use troubled youth and build them up for the purpose of destroying
the independent family structure that had been the social fabric
holding Germany together. Hitler knew that if he could erode the
strength of the family and destroy its influence on everyday values,
he could take absolute control of Germany with no further resistance.
Soon the Hitler Youth Movement was
no longer voluntary, becoming mandatory to all young German boys
who now had to participate, their being lead by Nazi Party members.
The movement's objective was to give these boys purpose and achievement,
but only through being a member of the Nazi Party.
Youths, who didn't want to participate,
were beaten by the other boys and made light of as sissies and weak.
Hitler had his youth meetings filmed, those events and their ugly
purpose being well documented on celluloid and shown all over the
world for what they were. Obviously, they haven't been shown enough.
Hitler inspired these young German
boys to then spy on their parents, informing the Party members if
negative comments were being said about what was going on in Germany's
politics. Those parents were then arrested and the boys rewarded
for their loyalty to the Third Reich.
You can imagine the numbing effects
that this political correctness had on everyday German families,
parents realizing what was happening to their country, and that
they were becoming prisoners in their own homes.
These parents found themselves suddenly
having to lie about their political opinions around their older
sons. They also were forced to say nothing in front of friends or
younger children, little ones who might be tricked into telling
what was being said without realizing they were sentencing parents
to prison, or maybe even death.
The Hitler Youth Movement was so
effective that when Germany fell, these boys could still be found
defending the Fatherland as the Allies were walking onto German
soil during the last days of the war. Even some surviving German
villagers saw what was happening as the war was winding down, telling
the boys to go home now and to be on their way, seeing them as the
young boys they were. But instead, Hitler's killing machine had
been instilled in these children of the damned. After being told
to leave, they would come back only to murder those German villagers
as traitors, and right in front of advancing Allied armies.
So why is Soros suddenly interested
in not just any youths, but especially troubled ones, also working
with the Sundance Film Festival via its founder, Robert Redford?
The festival is mentioned in the above mission statement as part
of Soros' program.
The key to the direction of this
youth program is the adult journalists mentioned who would be mentors
of these teens. They are supposed to guide these young minds to
write and produce ideas about their lives and their environment.
But who selects these journalists
and what values are being taught and encouraged to the program's
teenagers? Knowing George Soros' Socialist agenda, the journalists
will probably be chosen from the same media-supply-depot that supports
the DNC, MoveOn.org, and the ACLU. That is editors would be selected
from newspapers like the New York Times, the Boston Globe, The New
Jersey Star Ledger, the L.A. Times, and other printing mills bought
into for the liberal establishment.
While we don't know what the ultimate
answer will be concerning the identity of those mentors and where
they come from, it's obviously it's not being discussed in the open.
If nothing else is agreed upon after
you read this report on the long range objectives of the ACLU, we
believe that at least everyone would agree that these times in America
are deeply troubling. We personally see a Sea Change in the
air that may lead eventually to another civil war in America if people
of faith finally refuse to continue to be run over by the political
correct war machine of the ACLU and those individuals who support
it.
As Americans continue to more and
more lose their trust in a judicial system that is redefining the
values of the United States from the last two hundreds years of American
history, people watching the heritage of their immigrating families
being tossed out as useless, non-progressive dogma to be labeled as
hate speech, America is rapidly becoming what one Russian had described
about his country during the cold war.
He reflected, "In Russia,
we were never worried about changes to the future. We were only worried
about the changes to the past."
"ACLU
socialist representatives are down on the southwest border to
monitor American Freedom Fighters to see if they are violating
the rights of the illegal Mexicans coming across the border."

Our schools have been turned into legal briefs.
Look at what the ACLU and its lawyers have done to the simple
of rules in attending school. You
need to be lawyer now to understand your rights in what used
to be the safest place in America!
The second safest place one could have been
lived in was a mother's womb. Now that reproductive organ has
become a war zone. As kids, we never had to consider the question,
"Did you're mother abort your brother or sister? Or
is it your brother or sister who are here and you are the one
whose parts are being sold to a biotech company to fund other
abortions?"
The third safest place to be in America used
to be America.
