She also helped to dump the Kansas attorney general, Phill Kline, in an election who was investigating Tiller's abortion of underage girls, some babies reported to have been killed just days before becoming American citizens, their civil rights violated. In April of 2012, a board representing the State of Kansas recommended the removal of Tiller's former assistant's license to practice medicine for lying on forms detailing Tiller's patients, accused of not even being at some of the procedures she reported on. When understanding this and looking at Obama's worship of Margaret Sanger, the eugenicist who inspired Planned Parenthood, you can understand why he chose the former governor of Kansas to run the HHS.
