* Hitler aligned with union power and promised to spread the wealth to the working class.
* Hitler adopted his own iconography with symbols to represent his new party.
* Hitler made deals with German Industrialists, gaining financing to run media campaigns.
* German industrialists also sought favor with Hitler, wanting to be on the right side of history.
* Hitler used German youth to spread his message, who then reported anyone who resisted the party, treating Hitler as a messiah.
* Hitler claimed he was a Christian. But later when becoming Führer, he denounced the faith.
* Hitler was seen by some early supporters, who would become his generals, as being like a king.
* The German government was concerned that Hitler would use the union thugs that surrounded him, (growing to 400,000 by March of 1932), when he was running for office.
* Hitler, once in power, saw the German Parliament in his way, going around it. He would later influence what businesses could produce. Finally in 1938 he went after the Jews in ernest.
